Original Image: Tony Ray Jones - A Day Off
With this image we used cropping frames to create different images within the original. By cropping in these different ways the image gave off different feelings and ideas about it. By cropping off the couple in the foreground it gives a romantic feel to the image with the intimacy of the couple. But this by cropping differently with the two men on the right the atmosphere changes. They both look curious and slightly worried about what may be happening in the distance. This gives the impression something has important and significant happened. Both ways of cropping give the viewer a different feel and make questions be asked about the image. A lot of different aspects of the original image allow these crops to be as interesting as the main image, and make the viewer interested in the subjects, cropped or as a whole image.
